  • Raft footings have been added to Tribli, allowing the assessment of footings supporting multiple walls and columns
  • The punching shear perimeter search algorithm has been improved, resulting in fewer erroneous punching perimeters in areas with complex slab geometries

  • Edge length labels are now displayed when dragging nodes

  • Strip footings have been added to tribli. Strip footings behave similar to pad footings, but must sit at the base of a wall chain
  • Pad footings now inherit their geometry directly from the column over, so there is no need to recentre pads when column positions change
  • BREAKING API CHANGE: Pad footings can no longer be created via the 'level_proxy' class. They should now be created created via a method provided by the 'column_proxy' class.
  • Added design summary spreadsheet exports for walls and strip footings
  • Pad footing design now takes the critical shear plane at a distance dv from the column face, instead of d
  • By default, pad footing moments are now calculated at 0.7asup from the column centre. This can be reverted to the column face in Tribli settings

  • Feature added allowing users to adjust default object properties by ctrl-clicking on the relevant object draw button
  • Directional selection dragging as been added. Drag right to left to select any object crossing the box, drag left to right select any object intersecting the box
  • Appearance of line loads, triblines and transfer beams has been adjusted slightly
  • BREAKING API CHANGE: User no longer needs to invert the y-coordinate of shapely items passed to the API. Tribli now completes the transformation internally.
  • Fixed issue causing grids and text labels to be clipped off the edges of the page when printing key plans
  • Fixed issue causing key plan scales to calculate incorrectly in certain situations
  • An option has been added under the 'Export' section of the Tribli settings to remove the Tribli logo from exported key plans. This is only available for non-trial licenses

  • Pads now default to being designed plastically. This method assumes a non-linear soil bearing stress on the pad
  • Functions have been added for the optimisation of pad footing reinforcement only
  • Column rotations are now automatically accounted for when performing pad footing type optimisations
  • Columns are no longer autocentred to the column below prior to checking transitions. This option can be turned on in the options menu if required

  • PDF backgrounds no longer cause the software to lag when selecting a new level. A small delay may be observed when selecting a new level as the background is loading
  • CPU intensive tasks are now executed in seperate threads. This means the GUI no longer lags during execution and the user has the option to cancel task execution at any time.

  • Buttons added for quick navigation to level over or under
  • Several updates to the User Interface, including new icons for draw functions
  • An internal finite element solver has been included in this release for calculation of transfer beams. Transfer plates still require an Etabs license to auto-calculate
